Ethan Burnell is a real estate professional and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning high-end hospitality, business acquisitions, and residential and commercial real estate. As founder of Burnell Enterprises — a real estate development,  general contracting, and private lending firm built in honor of his father's legacy — he has facilitated lending to local investors while restoring homes across the Rochester community to livable, equitable condition. As a top-performing agent, he has built a strong track record across residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Ethan's path into real estate was shaped by an unconventional but rigorous foundation: a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina, followed by years managing operations, staff, and high-stakes events for premier hospitality groups. His early career included formative experience with The Alinea Group, as well as hosting a private event for Governor Kathy Hochul. That background in precision, client relationships, and operational discipline now underpins a business built on trust: property management focused on protecting owners' investments and maximizing asset performance, active involvement as a board member of the Rochester Environmental Commission and a regular donor to the Rochester Police Foundation, and a growing footprint in local lending and development.
