MEET HEATHER

You can’t truly know Rochester until you’ve lived it for three decades, and that's exactly what Heather has done! From the charm of the Flower City to the local institution of Wegman’s and, yes, even the legendary garbage plates—she’s still experiencing the great livelihood of this region. When she moved to Penfield, NY in 2010, she fell so deeply in love with the community that it sparked a mission: to help others plant their own roots here.

Heather combines a genuine passion for homes with a formidable professional background. Holding a master’s from RIT, she spent over 20 years mastering complex operations, management, and strategic negotiations in corporate and academic roles. Today, she channels that precision and dedication into real estate, ensuring her clients receive expert guidance and a completely transparent process from start to finish.

Working with Ivy House Realty, a local woman-owned boutique, Heather is proud to be a deaf realtor utilizing American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English. This dual fluency allows her to serve a diverse and vibrant cross-section of the Rochester community. She embraces the excitement and challenges, making the process of buying or selling seamless for all.

Off the clock, you can find Heather perfecting her seasonal home décor, crafting, baking, or hitting the road with her family for RV camping and traveling. Oh, and of course, taking her dog, Hershey, on frequent walks!
