ABOUT TREVOR HUBBLE
MEET TREVOR
Trevor Hubble is a real estate professional specializing in new construction and residential development. With a strong
foundation in both sales and project consulting, Trevor has built a reputation as a trusted advisor for buyers seeking newly built
homes and developers launching new residential projects. Trevor began his real estate career in New York City, where he
worked in high-profile new development sales, representing luxury condominium projects and collaborating closely with top
developers, architects, and marketing teams. His hands-on experience spans the full development lifecycle—from land
acquisition and feasibility studies to floor plan design, pricing strategy, branding, and on-site sales execution. In addition to his
work in sales and development, Trevor brings a strong understanding of real estate law, thanks to his experience as a real estate
paralegal. His background in contract review, title research, and transaction coordination adds an extra layer of confidence for
clients and developers alike. This legal foundation allows him to anticipate potential issues, navigate complex paperwork, and
ensure that every detail aligns with regulatory requirements and closing timelines. Now based in the Rochester area, Trevor
continues to bring that big-city expertise to local markets. He works with developers to strategically position their new
construction projects for success and helps buyers navigate the unique process of purchasing a new build. With a deep
understanding of construction timelines, design choices, and builder negotiations, Trevor ensures his clients are fully informed
and supported at every step. Whether advising a builder during pre-development or guiding a homebuyer through a pre-
construction purchase, Trevor is known for his attention to detail, market insight, and commitment to client success. Before
entering real estate, Trevor trained as a professional dancer and performed in numerous productions across Buffalo and
Rochester. He has also choreographed and taught pre-professional dancers—bringing creativity, focus, and discipline to every
aspect of his work.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find Trevor practicing yoga, discovering local coffee shops, or diving into a true crime
podcast or a good book.
